The Sidemen are comprised of three highly distinguished guitarists and a four man horn section with historic musical credentials. Andy Aledort, a renowned master of the guitar who has performed with Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, is currently a co-guitarist with the Dickey Betts Band and has spent a lifetime giving guitar lessons to some of the greatest guitarists in rock history. Jon Herington, an accomplished producer/musician with a celebrated Jazz background, is the touring and recording guitarist for Steely Dan. Scott Sharrard grew up in Wisconsin and from an early age began playing with local Blues legends. He eventually became the guitarist for the Gregg Allman Band and is recognized as Gregg’s secret weapon.” The Uptown Horns are comprised of Arno Hecht, Crispin Cioe, Bob Funk and recent recruit Larry Etkin. As stated on their website, Their signature horn riffs can be heard on the turntables of America on chart toppers including Grammy-award winning James Brown's "Living in America," the B-52's "Love Shack," Buster Poindexter's "Hot Hot Hot,” Joe Cocker's "Unchain My Heart," Tom Waits' Rain Dogs LP, and Billy Joel's River of Dreams LP, among numerous others. Hundreds of additional recordings and touring credits include names such as the Rolling Stones, B.B. King, Bruce Springsteen, Robert Plant, Aretha Franklin, REM and the B-52's, to name a few.”

Our wine dinner series is back! Join us on Thursday, March 19th as we welcome the spring season with a four-course tasting dinner featuring the renowned Talbott Vineyards of California's central coast. In traditional fashion, our evening will commence at 7:00pm with a cocktail reception featuring Talbott's specialty wines, butler passed hor deurves and elaborate antipasto displays. Immediately following indulge in a delicious tasting dinner prepared by our Executive Chef, Jim Burnett in our stone walled Abbey.
