  • White wine, leeks and cilantro
  • Alpine, grilled and topped with a potato-nut crust
  • Hazelnut butter, sautéed then sealed with hazelnut butter

 

Sirloin:

  • Au Poivre, crusted with cracked peppercorns
  • Topped with peppercorn & shiitake mushroom mustard sauce
  • Sun-dried tomato herb butter
