With over twenty years of dedicated service as a hospitality and private club professional , Aurelian held successful roles as GM & COO at Montammy Golf Club in Alpine, NJ, Liberty National Golf Club, in Jersey City NJ, Willowbend Country Club on Cape Cod, MA and Turner Hill in Ipswich, MA. He further brings a wealth of luxury hospitality experience to RG&CC from working and holding various senior management positions with five-star luxury establishments both in Europe as well as in the United States, ranging from several Swiss hotels, golf and city clubs, to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and The Four Seasons Hotels amongst others.
Aurelian believes passionately in service, attention to detail, teamwork and organization as a framework for success and hopes to employ his formal and practical education to take our club to new heights both this season and in the future ones to come!

Mark Benjamin, Director of Food & Beverage

Mark Benjamin is an energetic and multi-talented hospitality specialist with experience in private/public country club executive management, hotel management, and culinary arts.
Mr. Benjamin believes that friendly attentive service, quality consistant food and attention to patrons needs are cornerstones in building lasting customer relations.

Arthur Toufayan, Executive Chef

Arthur Toufayan has worn numerous hats in the restaurant business, and brings his ideals of how the freshest, most flavorful foods can be presented in high style to The Lakeside Grille and The Abbey.
Most recently, Mr. Toufayan was the proprietor of The Village Green in Ridgewood, which earned 3-1/2 stars from The Record, where he instituted a tasting menu and developed a farm-to-table approach to food purchasing. Prior to that, in New York City, he was executive sous chef at Aureole, helped to open the Gramercy Tavern, and was a chef at the Union Square Café. He holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Mr. Toufayan is highly active with the Table to Table charity.

Michael Treible, Director of Catering

Catering Director Michael Treible has been with Ramsey Golf and Country Club since 2006. Prior to this, he worked his way up the ladder for nine years, from banquet waiter to management, at the Wayne Manor in Wayne, New Jersey. He applies this hands-on experience to organizing events of the most memorable, excellent quality for families and business clients throughout Northern New Jersey.
Mr. Treible takes special pride in having helped Ramsey Golf and Country Club to earn the Best of Weddings 2011 Award from The Knot magazine.
“My philosophy is that I’m looking to have a lasting business relationship with everyone who walks through the door to meet me. After the majority of our parties are over, I still consider my relationships with those clients to be close ones. We have a word-of-mouth following for catering, which is quite unique,” Mr. Treible said.

Noah Bodt, Golf Pro

PGA member Noah Bodt has been golfing professionally since 1995. He routinely competes in New Jersey State Opens, Metropolitan Opens and New Jersey Section Tournaments. He holds club fitting certifications from all major club manufacturers. He has completed instructor training with many golf teachers who are among the Top 100 nationwide.
Mr. Bodt has been growing the golf program at Ramsey Golf and Country Club since 2006. Prior to that, he was at Sunningdale, White Beeches, Edgewood Country Club and Emerson & Valley Brook.

Christopher "Kit" Heery, Golf Course Superintendent

Kit joins us with a wealth of experience and knowledge, having worked at some of the top rated golf clubs around the country, ranging from The Congressional CC, Bethesda MD, Castle Pine GC, Castle Pines CO, Plainfield CC in Edison NJ and most recently as the First Assistant at Liberty National GC in Jersey City NJ for the past few years.
Kit is a passionate individual with great attention to detail who believes in teamwork as the key to success. |
